LVL/LVB Advantage

1. Small logs can be made into large dimension LVL products.
2. Long lengths of LVL are available up to 12m.
3. The wood resource can be optimised by grading and selecting veneer for different parts of an LVL cross section and making a range of products with different properties.
4. Structural properties of LVL are very uniform because the randomised layers of thin veneers are pre-graded for stiffness (coefficient of variation for modulus of elasticity less than 5%).
5. LVL members have high strength because of the low variability and randomised wood properties in thin layers.
6. LVL can be cut and machined with normal woodworking tools.
7. LVL is often used to complement the use of sawn timber in domestic construction.

2. What products you can supply?
We can supply E14 LVL, E13 LVL, E12 LVL, F11 LVL, E10 LVL, F17 formply, scaffolding plank, structural plywood, and non-structural plywood.
3. How can I get a sample?
Sample is free. Freight is free for the sample.
4. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?

5. What is your payment term?
Commonly we do T/T (30% deposit to confirm the order and start production, 70% balance payment after shipment against copy of B/L). T/T can save much time and money than L/C, but if it is relatively a big amount, we also can accept 100% irrevocable L/C.
6. When you can ship the goods out?
Usually we can make the delivery in 15-20 days after receiving your 30% advance payment, but it may take few more days if we meet holidays, such as Chinese New Year Holidays.
